What can you expect to gain from my coaching services?

Feel more confident in your knowledge of human development and neuroscience. Be able to regulate your emotions so that you can co-regulate with the young people in your life. Process through your hot buttons to prepare yourself to respond rather than react. Have more space for joy and relaxation from a place of attunement and alignment.

Who do I work with?

There are two main groups of humans that I typically work with: One is parents, guardians, and caregivers who interact with children in a home setting;  additionally I work with educators, facilitators, caregivers who work with general in a community setting outside of the home.

Parents can choose to work 1:1 with me in a 6-week or 12-week format or in a small group setting for the same 6-week or 12-week Transformational Parenting program. I work with parents at any stage of parenting from expectant to adult children. Once you've completed a parenting course with me, you will be invited to join an ongoing supportive community.

Educators and professional caregivers will experience similar course content in the Evolved Educator Intensive which can be broken down into weekly or monthly sessions with a monthly group support call hosted by me. You may also be able to get STARS, SCECH, or other professional development credit depending on your location. Please let me know in your inquiry if you are interested in that option.
